Use the cheat fpatch, then in Scarface go to the road near your mansion where the road forks. Drive down the road a little, and you should see a little path where there are two yellow things sticking up. Go through to the end of the path and you will see a mobile home that will give you money if your balls meter is up. The higher your rep, level, the more you get.
Use this they will give you 5 Million Dollars
At the cheats screen type in "RICH".
