Faster Pedestrians
Enter URBANSPRAWL at cheats menu.
Increase Car Mass In Arcade Mode
Enter HYPERARGO at cheats menu.
Unlock All Cities In Arcade Mode
Enter "ROADTRIP" as a cheat code.
No Damage
Go to the options menu on the main menu and select cheatcodes. Enter "ontheroad" to get infinate damage.

Hints
Hidden Rockstar Symbols
In the game (Only in Cruise mode), you may come across Rockstar Symbols. They're spinning R's. They are hidden throughout each city, twelve in each. For example, in San Diego, there is one hidden under an underpass. In Atlanta, there is one hidden behind a huge jump. In Detroit, there is one hidden in a shop in which you have to drive through the glass to get to. By finding these, you can unlock things like flag vinyls and Rockstar license plates. Good luck lookin' for them. It's pretty hard...
DUBBED Out Escalade EXT
Win the DUB tournament, the first tournament in Atlanta, to score the Escalade EXT.
Roar
The Roar is a special move that, when activated by pressing the left analog stick, will make a short engine blast blowing everything out of your way. It's similar to the Agro.
Agro Move
The Agro is a special move for Luxury and SUV's that, when activated by pressing the left analog stick, will make you invincible and push anything out of your way.
The San Diego Police Car
To get the San Diego Police Car, beat all street racers and get to Atlanta.
Great Car In The Beginning
In the very beginning, you will need to pick between impala, monte carlo, eclipse, a dodge car that I don't remember, golf gti, and another golf car that don't remember. Pick the monte carlo, and put in lots of money into it. Use that car until you unlock a better car.
Extra Nitrous
If you are doing a circuit race in any car on arcade or career and you have unlocked nitrous on that car whatever amount of nitrous you use it will refill it each lap. The best thing to do is to use all of your nitrous in one lap and then it will refill all of your nitrous.
Kawasaki Ninja ZX 12R (sports Bike)
You have to win all 14 original riders races to win the Kawasaki Ninja ZX 12R (sports bike).
Hotmatch Skully
Beat the choppers and sports bikes club.
Zone
Zone is a move for Sportbikes, Tuners, and Exotics only. To fill up the Zone meter, drive cleanly without crashing into any objects. After a short amount of time, one Zone bar will appear along the zone bar. Each time you use Zone, it will remove one bar. Use this to navigate through tight spaces you couldn't normally get passed.
